This book would be a great read had the authors done a few more laps of polishing it. As it is now, many chapters repeat themselves and the overall impression is that it was put together without much love and in a haste.

That said, if you can cope with some level of repetition, it is well organized and I appreciated that the second part is designed to be read in the order of your preference, the chapters can be skipped or ordered as you wish.

Nothing in the book is surprising, but it was great and honest to hear the thoughts said out loud. I started doing the same, being more honest with myself even as I was reading/listening to it.

A final small note is that I tried to look up some of the referenced research such as the RAND study and honestly, some of it is pretty misrepresented in the book, so be careful.
