When the daughter of a politician commits suicide, Moonlight is thrust into the world of drugs. A colorful cast of characters include Russian mobsters, a drug dealing brain surgeon, and a teenager looking for revenge. For additional color, Moonlight enlists the help of an Elvis impersonator.
