From the beginning of the book the tone is set that Cahill is a man that gets the job done at all costs. Throughout the book he goes on this internal/external journey to clear his mind and prove what he already believes the be true. There are twists and turns in every chapter that leaves you guessing but satisfied. Overall good story telling that it does it in such a way that, despite being the third book in the series, you can enjoy it without having read the previous two.
