Been a fan since The Borrowed World Series. Like that series Locker Nine series is another great message and story delivered by a master author. His use of narrator Kevin Pierce, who I consider one of the absolute best is telling an authors story and bringing every word to life in picture form. Compound fracture ideally reflects the struggle endured when separated from your family and the challenge of staying in the moment. Not sure what if any military background the author has but this series echoes those battles many of my fellow military members endure being separated from their families. Constant mental and physical challenge to balance love of family, friends, and duty. Please don’t let the next chapter take too long.
