Once again the Mad Mick demonstrates his ability to track down and deal with anyone who threatens his friends or family. His friends now residing in his compound add a level of irritations not only with the Mick, but Barb as well. Barb is a volcano with constant rumblings. The only negative part of the book, for me at least, is Barb’s constant volatility. Finding out about the Mick’s past with his friend adds more to his story and endears him even more. I would hope for more of the Mick, providing Barb stops trying to kill anyone who happens to say something she doesn’t agree with. 😉
