If you are a nurse do not even start this book. I almost stopped the first chapter the MMC speaks. He is so degrading and awful to the nursing staff and it’s just so unrealistic I was cringing. The only reason I continued a little further in the book is because I was stuck in LA traffic. It does not get any better though. There are no redeemable qualities for the male character. Not a single one. I’m a cath lab nurse so I understand the healthcare side of the story very in depth and it was just so unrealistic I could not continue with the book.
Thankfully this was included for free with my audible membership. Do not waste a credit or a second on this trash.
