I’m really having a hard time describing this set. The first part was really heavy on injecting morals into the story, so heavy that it was difficult to read at times. Not that there is anything wrong with morals but I already have a Bible, which I read and try to follow. Post-apocalyptic book? Yeah with a very limited scope. I tend to prefer stories that are a bit more wide-ranging. Prepper book? Not so much. Characters and plot were pretty two-dimensional and predictable. Seems like this was written in a hurry, without much planning or thought.
