Jeff Hays was good – no music.
The characters are as bland as the story and writing style. Knowing most of the characters inner thoughts makes for a very boring story – you end up being annoyed because you are borderline omniscient. The only sliver of mystery is the “god” Ludus – and that’s honestly not a mystery I care for.
I expected more from this 4.6 book, and got some of the worst I’ve read/listened to… ever.
