It’s a standard regression fantasy. It’s written well enough, and the fight scenes are entertaining enough.
My complaints start with the Mc not even thinking of his family after the first oh 30 minutes of being in the past. Then there’s the end, which I will not spoil. I will say I was not a fan of the twist during the chapter.
Safe to say I probably won’t pick up the next book, but if you have a credit to burn and enjoy litrpgs it should be worth your time.
