What a truly wonderful surprise to stumble upon while searching for my next audiobook for my daily commute. For anyone familiar with RPGs, reality shows, with a little bit of a hint of Running Man, this first entry in the series provides a wonderful introduction. The comedic excellence is laugh out loud as I found myself on more than one occasion sitting in my vehicle before work laughing at wonderfully timed lines and excellent delivery. Jeff Hays does a fantastic job narrating this hilarious first journey of Carl and Donut. I’ve not enjoyed a story as much as this one for sheer entertainment and feel good energy in a very long time.
I am very much looking forward to the rest of the series!
