The story was pretty good, but I totally lost interest in the last two hours. I finally just quit listening. If I don’t care how a book ends, that’s bad. The female narrator does one of the worst southern accents I’ve heard, and I’ve heard a lot of bad ones. They’re all bad, unless they are real. She did more of a Midwest accent, but with a country hick inflection. The male narrator is only in a couple of chapters.
