I find Marx as a historical figure fascinating and could tell the author had some opinions, but in his conclusion, the author cites a single Obama quote and tries to link that with all the problems of Communism. He starts talking about “the left” and says “they” and “them” a lot, and even a “dictatorship of relativism”. In the end, he’s just another paranoid Christian who thinks the devil is everywhere. If you want a better book on Marx read Kolakowski or Berlin, or even Sowell’s book on Socialism.
