These books were pretty good. Strong characters, good story line, etc… I do have one critique. I understand who is the heroine of these books. A strong willed determined woman. Not being sexist here in any way. But to make a major secondary character; who’s a Navy SEAL, Ex or otherwise, very wishy-washy, hesitant, second guessing and I’m guessing a little forgetful, a big disservice to all the SEALs & Special Force operators. From all the SEALs I have ever met in my years in the military; they were very strong willed, determined, Type A Personality individuals. The motto “The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle…” is a way of life. They train constantly!!! To be dropped behind enemy lines, one has to know how to survive, adapt, react and overcome. Hesitation gets one killed or a team member killed. SEALs are not just taught how to fight & kill. And when they do get out, those skills are not ever forgotten or lost. I would highly recommend these books. I will probably reread these again at a later date.
