Matthew continues to be my favorite character. I am not going to happy when he grows up and out of the baby talk.
I enjoy the Mattie Winston series. I think the narrator does a terrific job with series. There are little funny (and some cringe-worthy) things that happen throughout the book. Once again, there is more than one mystery. more than one ” thing ” going on. That is something that is unique to this series. Usually everyone in town is focused on one thing.
