Author Kelly Miller brings us another look into a different Pride and Prejudice universe. This time the tale is told from Elizabeth Bennett’s point of view. Her younger sister has run away with a friend of Darcy’s and eloped but once Darcy found them he told her soon to be husband that he would make sure that he had enough money to take care of her. As this is going on Elizabeth becomes engaged to another of Darcy’s friends this time to save face for her family. Her father agrees but it’s her uncle and aunt whom know the whole truth. They come to a head at the wedding of Elizabeth’s younger sister where she learns that Darcy is in love with her. Later she tells him that she’s in love with him and they get engaged. This is a great book and I highly recommend it to all Pride and Prejudice lovers.
