Polished off the entire book in one afternoon. Now it’s the long wait for the next NR Walker gem.
there is something about NR’s narrative style that has me hooked. She’s an amazing writer. the relationships aren’t all steam and sex (although sensory overload LOL nice one ?) and somehow yet gain she has me sobbing like a baby. beautiful story.
Joel does a beautiful performance as per usual. The depth he brings to each character is what makes me choose other books in his catalogue. it’s also why I can forgive his odd mispronounciation of australian words (Yarra has an a as in arrow not aunt ?)
