I liked the overall story, the writing was convincing. My only criticism was the voice for Arthur. I really liked the audio for Derrick. Arthur’s felt a bit overdone(?). The only thing I could think of is the voice actor doing Samatha Jones (from sex and the city) and once I thought that, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I had to bump the speed on Arthur’s parts just to get through it. But overall, I thought it was cute. A friend highly recommend I read/listen to it. She’s straight. I’m gay, so definitely different preferences. I came into it pre-judging it for romance filth but then I actually liked it. There was some predictable parts but it was cute and the fact that I finished it in a couple days, is telling. I ended it kinda wanting more; like a sequel or some kind of a follow up. I felt giddy. And it was cute.
