I’m a fan of fantasy books, but this one just is rank with the old cliches of a fantasy series that makes you role your eyes. They author also jumps between a variety of characters and thoughts in a single chapter leaving you confused at times and annoyed with it. Also the random chyme sounds to mark the end of sections let me want to smash my phone.
