I had to skip over portions of this book because the conversations between the characters and with themselves in situations where they shouldn’t be talking as much as they do made the action drag on to the point where the exciting parts of the book were pretty boring. The decisions that are made by some of the characters seem to only add to the book length instead of adding any sense of anticipation or progression. It was hard for me to care much about the characters. Overall I was more frustrated listening to this book than entertained. The story concept is great but the execution is lacking.
