Conservatives are racist and while we’re at it southerns and most white people too, even if they don’t know it.
That’s what the author wants you to know and he goes out of his way to tell you, opening the book with an unironic trigger warning he then quickly proceeds to use the voice of a black character and liberal homosexual to lecture the reader about the failings of white people – their implicit and unconscious racism and of course, their homophonia.
I haven’t rage quit many books but I just couldn’t stomach this trash.
Is there no escape from politics… Ever?
