As a longtime fan of True Crime Garage, this was right up my alley. In true Nic fashion, the story is incredibly thorough, with enough detail to bring you up to speed without inundating you with unnecessary information. The book is a journey through the case from the perspective of an “every man” who has deep empathy and admiration for the strength of families and work of the police force. The narration leaves a little to be desired as some lines did not land the way they were likely intended given my experience listening to Nic over the years but that doesn’t take away from the overall experience of the book. Overall, definitely recommend for fans of true crime and fans of TCG.

Congrats on the accomplishment, Nic!

PS: would not have guessed in a million years that you and the Captain were brothers!
