This was a cute modern day m/m romance with a terrific quirky mc in Lionel. I loved Lionel who has a “march to his own beat personality” that can own a one liner like a champ. Lionel is the character that made this short m/m romance. Dog (Doug) is a little harder to like, and some of his choices made it difficult to feel the developing romance between the two.

Joel Leslie is of course a terrific narrator as always.
