Can’t believe I never reviewed or rated this!

I read it over a year ago and have bought/read all the sequels.

And I am not a sequels kind of guy. In fact, usually I don’t read/listen to books that have sequels because I don’t want to feel compelled to have to read more and more and more than I might originally have wanted to. But in this case it was well worth it! Strongbow is an intriguing character for sure.

Great story and great narration. (I can’t imagine it being better if read by anyone other than Jeff Hays)

Also, the research the author Judson Roberts put into the book is incredible. It makes it all just that much more authentic. If you want to listen to a great viking book, THIS IS THE ONE.
