As you might’ve already guessed by the title Butcher’s Masquerade level 5 adds a darker element to the overall story ARC… where Carl has vowed to break the game, before the game breaks his resolve or hurts Princess Donut! Where Carl has vowed to kill all the gamers on this floor. Don’t get me wrong there’s still plenty of wonderful interaction between characters and especially between Carl and Princess Donut that you really don’t want to miss out on! Heartfelt interactions! And wow when Princess Donut is forced to confront Beatrice well that was just epic! Matt Dinniman really knows how to throw a punch, even when the delivery method used is covered in fur, claws extended!
So yeah grab the book, because you want to know how Princess Donut takes care of her dinosaur problem or how Carl deals with the bugs! But do pick up the audio version because Jeff Hays narration is da bomb!
