I enjoyed the setting, most of the story and character building. The end came far too early and killed the pacing. Continuing the series may remedy this for the most part. There was a bit of thematic repetition about the character being injured or snarky that got old but i usually liked him. The scenes about oogling women were a bit awkward to listen to but eased up and might not continue to be a distraction. Overall this was a fun story.
