I have read this book so many times, I wondered whether I should buy it in audible. (I knew it so well) It is one of my top 5 books of all time. But I’ve been saving a credit for it and it’s read by Joel Leslie so there was no real debate here. From the start I was hooked all over again. The snark between the characters is brilliant and the way the author creates the setting etc is brilliant. I loved the letters at the beginning of every chapter – such a good idea.

As for the reading (or should I say performance) It is so fabulous I might just have to stay home to listen to the rest. All the different voices! Extraordinary. (But then I am a fan – I buy anything read by him ) I really hope that Mr Froomkin reads the others in the series. I am already anxious for the next one.
