While juvenile and ridiculous was the hallmark and draw of the first three Boxy books, Morgana takes a more complicated turn. It’s obvious that author Neven Iliev is not comfortable with “the same old formula” and has decided to deepen the mythos behind everyone’s favorite murderous box.

In good form, not only does the lead character become more complex, devious, and plotting, but outlying characters are more creative and intermixed. I enjoyed this book quite a bit and the audio version is a SPECTACULAR treat there are more voice actors, singing, and a plethora of sound effects that really up the ante in this story.

This reminds me of old timey radio shows and I love it!
