I felt like the author could have elaborated more when they tried the cure, and the patient’s reaction to it (no spoilers). I was looking for more “action“ in those scenes. I guess I’m just used to her other novels in the outcome that comes with Things changing. I’m trying to write this review in a way that I’m not giving any other details away.
