The book is fantastic and reminiscent of the Divine Dungeon series while being clearly unique. The premise of a second yet different chance is satisfying and there is steady character growth and thankfully progression that doesn’t feel like you’ll have to wait a full book for anything worthwhile, which is becoming common.
The narration itself has multiple narrators and appropriate sound effects that really drag you in.
Honestly, the narration is so good it has become upsetting that 4 stars has gone from ‘excellent but not the peak’ to ‘not very good’, because while the book is absolutely excellent, the narration is likely the peak of what you can currently expect.
