This is book 3 in Nicholas’ Boys of the Bayou series and holy hotness! Sawyer and Juliet and one smokin’ pair. Sawyer has been struggling mentally with the loss of his best friend and business partner for months now and Juliet has issues of her own that come to light. Juliet and her brother come down to help the Bayou Boys help repair a dock but Juliet ends up repairing so much more than a busted up dock. The “what if” game is so relatable – I think that weather you want to admit it or not, everyone has played this game, maybe not to this extent but still. I love the instant chemistry these two have and how they strengthen each other. Just an overall beautiful story of family, love and overcoming hardships. I loved this read! The narration – oh my gracious! Gregory Salinas does an epic deep voice Sawyer that will get any red blooded female hot n bothered and Ramona Master does a great job with Juliet. Perfect dual narration!
