This books is base on perception of an under 30 year old women, who is very sexual active and very diverse. It seems as she went out and interviewed people that share the same ideas as her. For regular heterosexual women, it feels like you’re been shame for being traditional (happy, monogamous, wife). Almost, at the end of the book, one of the interviewed women says that she doesn’t care if the guy she likes is married. Well, I care. Just because you’re promiscuous, that doesn’t give you the right to go after a married person, you can easily destroy a family. The book makes it sound like, it’s ok to be polygamous, but if this was true people wouldn’t be getting divorced because their spouse cheated. They will be embracing it. I am monogamous because my husband is enough for me and I expect to be enough for him as well; but it requires work and commitment.
