Better, this should have been in the first book

The first book didn’t really go anywhere but now we have a story ladies and gentlemen

I don’t hate the MC anymore he’s still somewhat annoying but the author is using that trope/ Were the women are the ones with the commonsense not unlike reality and most likely are the most badass/ and the guys are assholes, one-dimensional, or eccentric and/or idiot savants.
