This was a fun ride. I greatly enjoyed this book better than the first, mostly because the story progression seemed more meaningful, the characters became more well-defined, and we got a hint at what the overall end game of what the plot might be. The narrator is still the weakest part of this book – he’s kind of too boring for this genre in my opinion – however it’s not as bad as in the first book. You mostly notice it at its worst during high action scenes and dialogue. It’s not bad enough though to not listen to the book – I still recommend this book.
