I wasn’t expecting this to be as good a story as it is. A homeless man who struggles to make it through every full moon without killing anyone? That sounds like a good start, but when you add in that he is a truly good man and sacrifices his own safety for others and that along the way he finds someone who is able to see the good in him? She may think he’s a little messed up in the head, but then again she isn’t quite right either so they make for an interesting storyline. My biggest issue with this book is that like so many books now, it leaves you hanging at the end. I was listening and all of a sudden it just ended. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.
