This book is phenomenal! I have read the series several times and it continues to be my favorite. Lindon’s progression in this novel adds so many different aspects to the character. *Spoilers* He finally levels up to Yerin, gains Dross, begins conflict with two major factions (the Akura and the gold dragons), strengthens his life line, and rejuvenates Orthos. This is the real turning point in the series where Lindon not only advances two realms but really starts behaving as the strong do. Also the setting of Ghostwater is captivating. It was a really smart layout to give Lindon tons of advancement resources without making it seem too easy. Will Wight is truly a master of writing compelling progression fantasy.
