Best book in the BAU!! Listened TWO times!

Black Autumn Book 2, “Conquistadors” is my favorite book in the Black Autumn Universe (BAU) and I have listened to all of them. This one is different than the other books but don’t let that throw you. This book is fast-paced, riveting and…. Its told from an entirely different perspective that draws you in and leaves you wanting more.

Jeff and Jason’s storytelling skills have always been excellent and they outdid themselves with this book. Rich character development abounds and I actually found myself “missing” some of the characters upon completing the book. Yea, the characters were that good.

Lastly and just as importantly, the narration is superb. It should be. It’s by the incredible Kevin Pierce. He narrated most of the other books. His voice and style make this already awesome book even better.
