I was very skeptical of Dads vs Zombies, to the extent that I actually quit listening to the first book. I couldn’t stand the John character, he infuriated me so much that I couldn’t continue. After talking to Benjamin at a convention, he and his wife scolded me for not actually giving it a chance. I promised I would push through the portion that annoyed me and boy, was I glad that I did.
That brings us here to Year 2. If you’ve listened to Dads vs the world & dads vs zombies, you know what to expect. It’s John, Chris and Erik all over again. New places, new challenges, a few new faces, what has to be an ohmage to a certain WWE superstar and plenty of “told you so’s” and “oh my god why”.
Phil Thron does another masterful performance, I really dont need to say much more than that.
