I really loved this story, so far in the books I’ve read N.R. Walker has the best characters, I’ve never hated one of the main characters and wondered why one MC would want to be with the other one. This slow burn was lovely, there was great character building and true friendship building before anything physical. The only thing I wished would have happened that didn’t was for Noah to go back to his co-worker about CJ and dealing meth and set him straight. He was a good coworker but he still needed to be set straight. That was my only disappointment. Joel Leslie is the best.
