There were as many things that I liked as I didn’t like. The premise was intriguing, but the story was quite dull until the middle of the third book. The narrator did a great job with the different characters, but the ending was the worst part for me. The moral of the story is that it’s just fine to cause the deaths of hundreds of billions of people as long as one person’s selfish desires are satisfied. So much death and the characters that caused it all get to live happily ever after. Not my kind of story, but to each his own.
