I really enjoyed this story, but I want more! Despite this being a trilogy, the final book, and in particular the final third of the last book, felt rushed and lacking in the immersive detail that gave the series its unique worldview. Nevertheless, it’s only because the characters are so memorable, and the plot so compelling, that I have any issue with the ending. Like the title says, in eagerly awaiting a follow-up trilogy to flesh out the stories of all the survivors.
