I don’t know why the author’s so perverted or why rape and assault are so prevalent. it’s just bad. The story is interesting. the concept is interesting but the execution of adding these really gross, unnecessary assault and rape stories is off putting. really bad at writing for women. and honestly, it’s worrisome that the author would include such things for no real gain in the storyline at all. It was mild in the first two books but picking up a lot of pace in this book. why the author thinks all his women characters need to be raped or be a whore is beyond me. You won’t continue the series if this exponential growth of horrificness is going to continue
