ok for a mindless romp if you want to support a new author but it’s not much better than tolerable. a lot of the story decisions aren’t very well thought out and the author takes too many things from major franchises. It’s not always possible to be original but damn… at least try. the performance was worse than the book but some of that is the fact that the author wrote some pretty lame dialogue most of the time. probably not much for them to work with. there’s a lot wrong with this book but it’s still generally entertaining if you dont think about it too hard.
