Jack Olsen is one of the best authors of true crime and this is my first time reading a work of his that isn’t in that genre. This may be the best thing I’ve read from him.
Kevin Pierce is an excellent narrator and keeps you engaged. My only complaint (extremely minor) is that there wasn’t much distinction when good between the stories of the 2 separate attacks so I had to go back a few times to figure out what was going on. This could have been solved by putting a pause of a few seconds in between the sections. This did not distract from the enjoyment of the book, however, and I still give it 5 stars.
