I dont know why exactly this series appeals to me but the watch rotation the jatgon just makes me fell like I’ve been there. Not in space but it makes we remember all the time i spent on rotation 6 hours on watch 6 hours off 6 hours sleeping, repeat. The whole story is a wonderful tale with a bit of the familiar mixed in.
