Banksy said “art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.” This book does that.

I was inclined to listen because of all the controversy in the reviews. It is not a book that is pro-pedophile, but perhaps the lack of outright condemnation is what people find objectionable. If you are a thinker, it provides a lot to think about. It provides and opportunity for listeners to reconsider and/or affirm their own values. This is not a morality play, it tells a story of things that happened and how the characters involved felt about the things that happened. It is well written and well performed, but definitely graphic and definitely disturbing.
