I tried this book because Travis Baldree is amazing and I love all Progression Fantasy, but that is never a guarantee the book wont suck. There is a lot of garbage in the Lit RPG genre, but this is not one of them. If you like GameLit this is a contender for the best in the genre, like Dungeon Crawler Carl good, and that’s high praise! You can safely buy this and the rest of the books in the series as well. Thy are that good!
