After finishing “Abducting Abbey”, I was intrigued because I never thought I would enjoy a Science Fiction read and to become immediately hooked on this genre was a pleasant surprise!
Capturing Cara, the second story in the series revolves around Cara, a young girl we met, close to the end, in Abducting Abbey. She was a refreshing change because she was so full of life and very daring as well. She was much unlike Abbey so the character difference spiced up the read from the outset!
Moreover, although I expected some love scenes, the story contained far more of that aspect than storyline. But despite that fact, the reader was able to begin to understand the way this Alien planet and it’s inhabitants evolved and lived; thereby, preparing you for and making you want more from the next book in the series!
I believe that any Si-Fi reader that loves an Alien story mixed with romance will thoroughly enjoy this selection!
