This is book two in the series and you HAVE to listen to book one before listening to this installment. It picks up where book one left off. The story is well written and the characters nicely developed. The main female, Jan, has so much thrown at her in this book. I thought she had a lot to deal with in book one but this book…it’s even crazier! The only character I didn’t really care for was Stafford. He’s a real jerk that you’ll want to slap upside his head! The narration was very well done, except for the continued mispronunciation of a few words. I rolled my eyes each time Sarah Puckett mispronounced a word but it didn’t take away from the story for me. A great story and highly entertaining listen! Check it out!
