I loved this book. The narrator has a nice soothing voice.

Full disclosure, I purchased the e-book when it came out and then later received a free copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

I love how this series has expanded upon the universe from the In Times Like These series but from a different perspective and in a new genre: Noir Sci-Fi Murder Mystery, but still with time travel elements and comedy (though it is not a comedy, per se, it does have humorous parts).

In this book I really enjoyed learning more about Greyson.

I love how Nathan weaves the character paths through time to create a time puzzle of sorts, instead of just using Time Travel as a “vehicle” to a different destination that just happens to be in time. Temporal side effects, nonlinear events, and paradoxes are all what I look for in time travel stories, and he has certainly delivered many times in the series.

I recommend the entire Paradox P.I. series to anyone that likes time travel stories or murder mysteries, especially if you enjoy both.
