I’ve enjoyed other Chase Baker adventures but this one seemed different. The others I’ve listened to had Vincent Zandri listed as the author and this one is by Benjamin Sobieck…Is this the same person? At any rate, I didn’t like this one as much as I did the others.
This story seemed somewhat disjointed. While listening I had a hard time staying focused until a word or two would jolt me back into the book. Wendigo, Kensington Runestone, etc…
I’ve listened to Andrew Wehrlen before and enjoy his narration. He’s a terrific voice actor but I didn’t feel this audiobook was cohesive.
